We organize and hold many Official Susquehannock Events and Activities throughout the year:

• Monthly Meetings (Every Month except December)

 

Held at a local restaurant where we discuss current affairs and plan future events and activities.

• Annual Summer Cookout Picnic (June)

 

Held at an outdoor picnic pavilion facility. Bring a dish or dessert to share. Plenty of fun and games hanging out enjoying each other.

• Annual Holiday Party (December)

 

Held at a local restaurant where we have fun, play games, and have a merry old time together.​

We host Recruitment and Fundraising tables at various conventions and festivals:

• Sci Fi Day

 

In the past years (pre covid-19), we hosted a day to celebrate and acknowledge Sci Fi Day at a local bookstore, comic shop, or other business facility. We try to have special science fiction authors and artists on hand to promote their creations. We have also invited other fan-based groups to join us like from Ghostbusters and Star Wars. We are hoping to resume this again, once we can find a suitable place.

 

• Comic Book Day

 

Similar to Sci Fi Day, we have also hosted a small presence at a local comic bookstore during the official Comic Book Day. We usual will host a small table with recruitment information and items that we are selling for charity.

• Conventions, Shows, and Festivals

 

We will often try to host a table with Starfleet recruitment information and items that we are selling for charity.

​

We often will utilize our Green Screen setup to raise additional funds for our charities. We are currently only able to setup for indoor events at this time.

​

We also plan casual activities to participate as a group such as:

 

• Sci-Fi and Comic Conventions

• Museums and Historical Sites

• Festivals and Renaissance Faires

• Movie Theaters

• Comic Book and Hobby Stores

• Special Activities hosted at Crew Members Homes

Everyone is strongly encouraged to suggest events or activities to the group by bringing it up at meetings or posting on Facebook.
